Spa Etiquette at the Hive:

 To ensure each guest has an equally sweet experience, please observe the following etiquette at the Hive:

Parking

The Honey House provides free, private client parking. All parking details and studio access directions will be outlined in booking confirmation emails 🐝. 

 

Arrival Instructions

Please respect each clients' private service time by arriving no earlier than five minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Feel free to enjoy the outdoor space in the event that you find yourself exceptionally early. Any late arrivals may result in a decreased service time or rescheduling of your service.

Atmosphere

To maintain a clean and serene environment, kindly remove your shoes once quietly entering the shop, and silence your phone or turn it off during your time in the Hive.

 

Health Concerns

If you have any allergies, injuries, or medical conditions, please inform your technician at the time of booking so your service can be tailored accordingly. 

 

Payment

All forms of payment are accepted at the Hive, although cash is preferred. 

 

Minors

To ensure a safe and relaxing environment, please arrive solo for your service. All minors (under the age of 16) receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult. If you are in a bind for childcare, please contact the shop directly,​ and an exception may be considered.

Most importantly, this is your time to unwind. Allow yourself to sink into the serene environment and enjoy your luxury, elevated, private beauty moment.

Cancelation Policy

The Honey House has implemented a strict 48-hour cancelation policy to ensure the Hive continues to operate smoothly for your stylist and other guests.

It is understandable that life can sometimes throw unexpected surprises your way! If you have an emergency, please contact the shop directly, and every effort will be made to accommodate a new appointment time that works for you.

 

48-Hour Courtesy Policy:

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a 50% charge, which will be applied to your next appointment.

 

No-Shows:

In the case of a no-show, 100% of the missed appointment fee must be settled before rescheduling any future services.
