To ensure each guest has an equally sweet experience, we kindly ask you to observe the following etiquette at the Hive:
Arrive on Time
Please arrive at the time of your appointment. For the safety of our team, the door will be locked during times they are solo in the shop. Arriving on time will keep you from waiting outdoors. Any late arrivals may result in a decreased service time or rescheduling of your service, at your expense.
Mobile Phones
To maintain a peaceful environment, kindly switch your phone to silent or turn it off during your time in our hive.
Health Concerns
If you have any allergies, injuries, or medical conditions, please inform us at the time of booking so we can tailor your experience accordingly.
Respect the Hive
We ask that all guests maintain a low noise level and respect the relaxing environment.
Payment
We accept all forms of payment at the Hive, although cash is preferred.
Minors
To ensure a safe and relaxing environment for all our guests, we kindly ask that you arrive solo for your service. All minors (under the age of 18) receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask our clients to adhere to our 48-hour cancellation policy to ensure the Hive continues to operate smoothly for our team and other guests.
We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected surprises your way! If you have an emergency, please contact the shop directly, and we will do our best to accommodate a new appointment time that works for you.
48-Hour Courtesy Policy:
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a 50% charge, which will be applied to your next appointment.
No-Shows:
In the case of a no-show, 100% of the missed appointment fee must be settled before rescheduling any future services.
